Lesson Four

In the last two lessons we learned that from
Abraham to David was 1126 years and from David to Babylon was 493 years.

1126 years ÷ 14 generations = 80.4285714285 years per generation
493 years ÷ 14 generations = 35.2142857142 years per generation.
 I like these next two verses so I thought I would share them with you. 

2 Chron;36-15 & 16. 15, And the Lord God of their fathers sent warnings to them by His messengers, rising up early and sending them, because He had compassion on His people and on His dwelling place. 16,But they mocked the messengers of God, despised His words, and scoffed at His prophets, until the wrath of the Lord arose against His people, till there was no remedy.

"Man does this sound like the people of today or what ?? We may not kill them but the media can sure make them look like fools. Is the word of God being mocked today??

Yes, with no remedy in sight.  Now back to the lesson. From Exodus to Babylon was 899 years.
Exodus to David---406 years.
David to Babylon--493 years.

2 Kings:25-27, Now it came to pass in the thirty-seventh year of the captivity of Jehoiachin King of Judah, in the twelfth month, on the twenty-seventh day of the month,that evil-Merodach King of Babylon, in the year that he began to reign, released Jehoiachin King of Judah from prison. {Jehoiachin was 45 years old} Jehoiachin was 8 when Nebuchadnezzar took him to Babylon, and he had reigned only three months. Nebuchadnezzar had been King of Babylon for 8 years.

2 Kings:24-8,Jehoiachin was only eight years old when Nebuchadnezzar took him prisoner.

This should have been the end of the Kingship "BUT" when you read 2 Kings:24-17&18 you'll see it continues. 

2 Kings: 24
17, Then the king of Babylon made Mattaniah, Jehoiachins uncle, King in his place, and changed his name to Zedekiah.
18, Zedekiah was twenty-one years old when he became king, and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem. His mothers name was Hamutal the daughter of Jeremiah of Libnah.

2 Kings: 25- 2, So the city was besieged until the eleventh year of King Zedekiah.

In the 11'th year of Zedekiahs reign, most of the tribe of Judah was taken into Babylon. Not the Israelites, but the Judahites. This was the year 899 from Exodus and the year 493 from David.

2 Chron: 36-21, To fulfill the word of the Lord by the mouth of Jeremiah, until the land had enjoyed her Sabbaths, as long as she lay desolate she kept Sabbath, to fulfill seventy years.

899 + 70 years = 969 years. Methuselah lived 969 years.
493 + 70 years = 563 years. David to Babylon.
It was 969 years from Exodus to Exodus,
and 563 years from David to Babylon's Exodus.

Starting with Babylon we have 70 years from the time the tribe of Judah and Benjamin entered Babylon till the Exodus.

Ezra:1-5, Then the heads of the fathers, houses of Judah and Benjamin and the priest and the Levites, with all those who's spirits God had moved, arose to go up and build the house of the Lord, which is in Jerusalem.

Now the time line from here to the birth of Jesus is not recorded in the Bible. But we do have a way to find out what this time frame was. How ??  Let's start with the 400 years of silence. We know that there was a gap in time of 400 years when there would be no prophesies. We also know that there is a time frame of 483 years.

And starting with the Cross going back 483 years will put you at the date when Artaxerxes gave the command to rebuild Jerusalem. 483 years is the time frame written in

Daniel:9-25, "Know there for and understand that from the going forth of the command to restore and build Jerusalem until the Messiah the Prince, there shall be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks; the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublesome times.
   
A week here is 7 years. 7 + 62 =69 x 7 = 483.

Daniel:9-26,And after the sixty-two weeks, Messiah shall be cut off, but not for Himself.

So from the time Artaxerxes gave the command to rebuild Jerusalem to the Cross was 483 years. I found this date in

Jeremiah;5-14, Moreover, from the time that I was appointed to be their governor in the land of Judah, from the twentieth year until the thirty-second year of Artaxerxes, twelve years, neither I nor my brothers ate the governors provisions.

Jeremiah had been under king Artaxerxes for 12 year, in the 32;nd year of his reign as king. Which means 31 years had been completed.

Now from the time Babylon to the cross was 584 years. There was 31 years from the time Jesus was cut off at the age of two, until He was nailed to the Tree.
584 - 31 = 553 years. This leaves 553 years from Jesus' second year back to Babylon.
553 - 2 = 551 years. 
551 years from Babylon to the Messiahs birth.
Babylon to Exodus-----70 years.
Exodus to command---31 years.
Babylon to command 101 years. 101 years total. There is also a 50 year gap from the command until there are more prophesies.
101 + 50  = 151 years. The prophesies lasted for 30 years.
151 + 30  = 181 years. Then 370 years till Christ birth.
181 + 370= 551 years. Then 30 years to Elijah.
551 + 30  = 581 years. Then 3 years to the Cross.
581 + 3    = 584 years.

Babylon to Exodus--------------70 years.
Exodus to Jesus 2'nd year------ 483 years.
Jesus 2'nd year to Cross--------31 years.

551 years ÷ 14 Generations = 39.3571428571
--------------------------------------------------------------
Abraham to David  = 80.4285714285 Years per Gen.
David to Babylon   =35.2142857142 Years per Gen.
Babylon to Jesus    =39.3571428571 Years per Gen.
Abraham to Jesus   =154.999999999 Years per Gen
154.99999999 is 155 years per generation.
There are 3 sets of generations given by Matthew.

When you divide this 155 years by 3, which is the number of set frames in Matt:1-17 this is what you get. 
155 ÷ 3 = 51.666666666. This number here will continue forever. It has no end to it. Get some paper and pencil and try it .

The 154.999999 can be rounded off to the highest number, but not the generations from Abraham to David to Babylon to Jesus. If you do it'll change the out come.

Why does Gods word have to be divided down to the last decimal ? Because of this scripture here.

Matthew:5,18" For assuredly , I say to you , till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.

Luke:16,17, "And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass away, than for one tittle of the law to fail.

A tittle is the smallest stroke in a Hebrew letter.

Every word in this Book { the Bible } has been put there for a reason. God said not to change one word in His Book. Have you noticed that all the numbers were spelled out, written down as words and not in numerical numbers ?

40 is the number that associates with a period of probation, trial, and chastisement. There are 15 such periods which appear on the surface of scripture

Here's a few:

The time of Moses was broken down into 3, 40 year periods.
The Israelites were in the wilderness the last 40 years of Moses life.
40 days Moses was on the mount. Ex;24,18.
40 days  of the spies Num: 13-26.
40 days of Elijiah in Horeb, 1 Kings;19,8.
40 days of Jonah and Nineveh Jon;3-4.
40 days of Jesus was tempted of the Devil.
40 days Jesus was seen by His disciples.

Now let's do some math.
15.5 x 40----= 620.
 155 x 40----= 6200.
   31 x 2000-= 6200.
 310 x 200--= 6200.
2170 ÷ 7---= 310.
2170 ÷ 42 = 51.6666666666666666666666666666666.

31 is the Hebrew expression of El, The name of God{ YHWY} and its signification as a number or factor would be Deity.  Remember the 31 years from the time Jesus was cut off at the age of 2, until the cross ? And the 31 years from Exodus of Babylon to the command to rebuild Jerusalem.

If this doesn't convince you, then try this.
Abraham to Jesus 2170 years ÷ 42 generations = 51.66666666666666. years per generation.
The number 120 is the number of completion.
Genesis;6-3, 120 years. 
40 + 40 + 40 = 120. The time of Moses. 
Number of men out of Egypt, 600,000.
5000 x 120 = 600,000.
People who left Babylon 42,360.
353 x 120 = 42,360.
144,000 virgins
1200 x 120 = 144,000.
51.666666 x 120 = 6199.9999999999999999999999999
This number has no end either.
6199.999999 is 6200 years.

This is the time line according to Matthew;1-17, which started in the book of Genesis.

Now that we know there are 6200 years in Gods time table then, will be the year 6200, and when did the time frame start ??

We now know there are 2170 years from Abraham to Jesus, and when you subtract this time from 6200 years you are left with 4030 years.

All we have to do now is figure out when Abraham was born.

But I'll close this lesson with this, I have read many books on this time frame. And they all have a different time, BECAUSE they can't decide on the year of Jesus birth.

One book had a time frame of 2166 years. But the writer of the book said Jesus was born in 4 b.c.
2166 + 4 = 2170.  How can a man be born 4 years before he was born ??
Silly questions need silly answers. He can't. Every book I have read started with b.c. and went backward. If you don't know when He was born, you can't get the years right. The Bible starts in the Book of Genesis, and so will lesson # five. Bless you all
